Minutes from 4/7 and 4/8 Meeting

I think in the course of the year, we've gotten far, far away from advertising through flyering. We are GCI, after all, and using lots of paper that is oftentimes ineffective does not fit into our mission statement. Click on the last link in the minutes. I'm pretty proud. Aren't you?

Here are the meeting minutes. Enjoy!

Purpose of BotB
  • Raise awareness of energy consumption and reduction

  • try to get the university to commit to some changes, demonstrate to the students that they're on board too
Increasing Participation of BotB
  • use group prizes like study breaks. have a gradient of study breaks though, like a restaurant study break for 1st prize and a Bartlett study break for 3rd prize
  • fund house trips with an allotted amount of money
  • we will do the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize
Get Apartments on Board
  • our main initiative should be education, as they're the ones who can feel the most direct effects of less energy consumption
