It's 7th week. 1 week from No Trash Bash. 4 Weeks from Winter Break. 2 weeks from Thanksgiving. 9th week of the NFL season coming up.

Minutes from 11/3 and 11/4 Meeting

Updates on T-shirt Fundraiser

• ordered 75 (30 s, 40 m, and 5 l; we don’t want a bunch of leftover large and x-large shirts) t-shirts. $6.39 each, we’ll sell them for 10. they are of the polar bear design
• probably get them near the end of the quarter so we’ll begin selling them in Winter quarter
• ideas for selling: sell t-shirts at all of our events but not really worth the time to table and sell t-shirts; see if COUP will work with us to sell them in conjunction with the Polar Bear run; participate in the polar bear run wearing the shirts?

Updates from SJSF

• will be making wind turbines as a publicity initiative for clean energy to be put up on November 18th
• come to No Trash Bash on the 16th to help make some or contact Caitlin platenry007@hotmail.com

No Trash Bash Updates

• Maya contacted the Acapella groups, but only one has responded. We’ll follow up.
• Looked up food prices, specifically foods that require minimal utensil and plate use. Guy will make a decision on that by tomorrow
• Worked on the Recycling/Composting educational station. Made posters and came up with a list of what we need to collect. We will also implement a game for that.
• Kai and Caroline came up with some ideas for our second cool, interactive environmental station after coming up with our first one- wind mill turbines
• Determined layout for NTB in McCormick Tribune Lounge
• David made the post-event survey
